Same as changing plugs in any vehicle. If you have done it before it will be a piece of cake.
Its basically take out the old, put in the new.
Depending how many miles you have I would suggest a new wireset, fuel filter, air filter, new pcv.

yea, what he said^^^ the backs will be harder but not to bad, the front will be a piece of cake cuz they are right there.
It is preaty easy, just remove the old ones and install new ones.
The rear ones are more dificult but can be done.
You need to remove the coil packs to get to the plugs.
