How do I change my spark plugs on my 1993 buick park avenue?

How do I get to my spark plugs to change them plugs??



Also how do I get to my starter to check it/ where is the starter located??

I don't understand the question about the spark plugs.



As far as the starter, it's on the side of the motor facing the radiator, just in front of the transmission.
